Intent

Envisioned as an intensive vertical and horizontal mixture of retail, office, and residential uses in a pedestrian friendly atmosphere.  The historic character is enhanced.  The most intensive uses are envisioned along Euclid and Holt Avenues.

 

Allowed Development Intensity

• >25 to 75 DUs per acre
• 2.0 FAR for retail & office uses

 

Buildout Limits:

2,279 dwelling units

1,512,403 sq. ft. office/retail

Area Plan or Planned Unit Development (PUD) required.
